Protection of Home Buyers is the Goal

Border Collies and other herding dogs are bred and raised to protect. The State of Ohio has issued licensing requirements for home inspectors (starting Fall of 2019). The home inspectors of Habitation Investigation have been licensed for years for other inspection areas required such as for radon testing and termite (wood destroying insect) inspections. We have lots of experience and have been certified home inspectors and Certified Master Inspectors long before Ohio began licensing home inspectors. Our inspection company was formed in 2002.

Being licensed does not mean being experienced. Be certain to read reviews of any home inspection company you consider to hire for your home inspection. Habitation Investigation is the Best and Most reviewed Home Inspection Company in Ohio with close to Three Thousand online reviews and great ratings. Be certain to look at reviews of any company you are considering.

Licensing is scheduled to begin Nov 1, 2019 Starting on that date anyone doing a home inspection is required to be licensed. So far (Aug 2019) the standards are not known nor is the board to develop the standards put together fully yet. Hopefully Soon.

Select Wisely

Do not make the mistake of believing that all licensed home inspectors provide the same level of protection.

Doctors, nurses, chiropractors, plumbers and electricians have been licensed for years and decades, yet... you realize that some are bad, most are okay, and a few are great.

You deserve and want a great company.

Select a home inspection company with the best and most reviews:  Habitation Investigation.
